The red desert

"motion blur", "camera movement", "long exposure"Red pyramid

Hot enough for you?  This seems like a good image for the beginning of summer - I can almost feel that hot sand between my toes.

Except that it's not sand at all.  In the world of motion blur, things are not what they appear to be.  Those sands and shimmering pyramids might be nothing more than a piece of cloth.  I've added this new image to the Beauty of Everyday Objects collection, where everyday objects become something entirely different.
